The rooms at Fattoria Cà di Gianni have been created within the original spaces of a 17th-century rural residence, now reinterpreted in a simple, contemporary style. The history of the property blends with recent renovation work that has enhanced the spaces and comfort without altering its original character.
Each room type balances architectural heritage with modern functionality, welcoming couples, families and other guests in a private setting surrounded by nature.
Rooms renovated in 2025 and the Essenza version
In 2025, we renovated an entire wing of the property, the oldest section, creating new bathrooms and equipping the rooms with heating and air conditioning while respecting the original character of the Farm.
The Essenza rooms are the rooms you may already know, located in the other historic areas of the property. Long appreciated by guests who return year after year, they retain the authenticity of a stay immersed in nature, with simple, welcoming spaces and a homely atmosphere.
Nido | Double / Twin
Ideal for couples or anyone looking for an intimate and peaceful space.
Designed for couples or business stays, Nido welcomes guests into an intimate and quiet space, where the character of the Farm can be seen in the wooden details and exposed beams.
The 2025 renovation introduced new comforts while retaining the room’s simple, carefully designed atmosphere, ideal for anyone looking for convenience and relaxation in an intimate setting.
In some rooms, a third bed can be added for young children upon request.

Nido Essenza is welcoming and carefully appointed, designed for guests who want to experience the Farm authentically.
The rooms, with parquet flooring and historic details from the Farm, are harmonious and well organised, with everything needed for a comfortable stay without sacrificing the tranquillity of the countryside.

Fattore was created within spaces that once formed part of the day-to-day working life of the Farm, now renovated to provide greater comfort for families and small groups.

Padronale | Double Room with Two Bunk Beds
Ideal for larger families or groups of up to 6 people.
The Padronali are among the most spacious rooms at the Farm. Once reserved for the owner’s family, they now welcome larger families or groups who want to share their stay in spacious surroundings with an authentic character.
Original details from the property and parquet flooring maintain the connection with the history of the Farm, creating a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.

Corte | Family Option
Perfect for larger families or groups of friends.
Corte is the largest and most versatile accommodation option at the Farm, as well as the most striking. It is designed for guests travelling together who want greater freedom to share the available space.
Available in several configurations, it offers spacious and carefully appointed interiors with parquet flooring, exposed beams and details recalling the Farm’s original character.

- Two connecting double rooms with a shared bathroom, with the possibility of adding a single bed (3/5 people)
- Two double beds, a bunk bed, and a traditional stone fireplace not usable (4/6 people)
